US NRC approves DVR for Measurement Uncertainty Recapture (MUR) Uprate

After BTB Jansky had their first meeting with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on process data reconciliation (PDR/DVR) in September of 2002, the NRC now has officially approved the use of DVR for measurement uncertainty recapture (MUR) uprates in nuclear power plants. Good things come to those who wait. This is big news! Thanks to EPRI and the NRC for their great efforts.
