2021 PROCESSPLUS® at Slovenian Nuclear Power Plant Krško (NEK)
BTB Jansky wins Contract for the Generation of a Plant Status Report with the Process Data Reconciliation (PDR) / Data Validation and Reconciliation (DVR) System PROCESSPLUS® at Slovenian Nuclear Power Plant Krško (NEK).
In order to assess the precise and contradiction-free feed water flow by using quality-assured reconciled values as the basis, German engineering and software company BTB Jansky was chosen to perform a Plant Status Report using the PDR/DVR system PROCESSPLUS® at the Slovenian pressurized water reactor Krško or NEK (Nuklearna Elektrarna Krško). The results of the project will include recommendations for future correction of feed water flow measurements to sustainably recover lost power.
BTB Jansky and PROCESSPLUS® are certified according to the revised PDR/DVR standard VDI 2048 (2017). Currently, a new ASME PTC code is in development for the application of PDR/DVR in the US.
