2020 Bruce Power - PROCESSPLUS®

BTB Jansky selected by Bruce Power for the installation of process data reconciliation (PDR) / data validation and reconciliation (DVR) and plant optimization system PROCESSPLUS®

As part of its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement through optimizing the performance of its fleet, Canadian nuclear power plant Bruce Power selected German engineering and software company BTB Jansky to install their certified process data reconciliation/data validation and reconciliation system PROCESSPLUS®. The main objectives of the project are sustainable power recovery by application of reconciled correction factors for feed water flow and temperature and preparation for measurement uncertainty recapture (MUR). Furthermore the PROCESSPLUS® System will be used for quality-assured plant monitoring and continuous optimization of plant operation based on quality-assured reconciled process data.

BTB Jansky and PROCESSPLUS® are certified according to the revised process data reconciliation/data validation and reconciliation standard VDI 2048 (2017).
