ProcessPLUS^™Status Report
analyzes your plant process and
indicates optimization potential.

REQUIRED DATA
AND DOCUMENTATION

1. Heat balance sheets at approx. 100 % load
2. Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for allocation of measuring points in the model
3. List of all measuring points from the process computer
4. Plant characteristics (generator load over condenser pressure)/li>
5. Operating data or one-hour averages at 100 % load over 4 weeks /li>

The extent of the required process data and documentation is limited due to the basic approach followed by the reconciliation methodology. This way e.g. information on the characteristics of individual components is not required.

In the past BTB Jansky has successfully implemented several online versions of their data reconciliation system ProcessPLUS^™ both in nuclear and fossil power plants. The installation of additional measuring points is not required.

The goal of a Process­PLUS^™ Status Report is generating a snap-shot of a current or past plant process state which is of interest to the plant operator. The ProcessPLUS^™ Status Report delivers, amongst others, indications for:

1. Potential for „lost megawatts“ (deviation from the design state)
2. Potential for power uprate based on minimized uncertainties (MUR – measurement uncertainty recapture)
3. Exact determination of thermal reactor power.
4. Indication of measurement drifts, leakages and erroneous measurements within the defined time interval.

PROJECT DURATION
Modeling of plant processes, reconciliation of data and the generating the ProcessPLUS^™ Status Report take approx. 4-5 weeks to finish under the condition that BTB Jansky receives all required process data and documentation.
