BTB Jansky GmbH announces the installation of the
ProcessPLUS™ Online System at the coal-fired power plant Pocerady Units 2, 4, 5 and 6 of Czech utility CEZ. The current installation project was initiated after successful implementation of the
ProcessPLUS™ System at Pocerady Unit 3.
The power plant Pocerady currently has a total generating capacity of 5 x 200 MWe.
The
ProcessPLUS™ Online System offers industry-leading component and process monitoring & visualization including tools for optimized production, availability, maintenance and safety.

ProcessPLUS™ Client at unit 2 of the nuclear power plant in Philippsburg, Germany.
The total number of shift personnel being trained from October to December 2011 is 59.

at nuclear power plant Forsmark 3 in Sweden
BTB Jansky GmbH announces the installation of the
ProcessPLUS™ Online System at the nuclear power plant of Forsmark Unit 3 of Swedish utility Vattenfall.
The primary objective of the project is to further improve the accuracy of measured feedwater flow which has a significant influence on the calculation of the thermal reactor power.
ProcessPLUS™ Online is further used as an innovative component and process monitoring and visualization tool to facilitate optimal production, higher availability and safety as well as to instil condition-based maintenance.

In addition to German, English and Czech, the application ProcessPLUS™ Client is
now available in the Swedish and Japanese language. This is a necessary step
towards providing BTB ProcessPLUS™ to all levels of the plant organization. Only
then can the maximal benefit be generated for the operating company.

03/2009 - Performance of HP Turbine Retrofit Warranty Test at
Philippsburg 2 Nuclear Power Plant
BTB Jansky GmbH announces the performance of a warranty test using the delta method which assesses the process state before and after the retrofit of the high pressure turbine at the nuclear power plant of Philippsburg 2 (KKP2) of the German utility EnBW. The warranty test is based on operating data reconciled according to the German guideline VDI 2048.

Engineering & consulting company BTB Jansky GmbH has received the US quality standard qualification 10 CFR 50 Appendix B. The audit was conducted by Arsenal Consulting of Atlanta, which took place at BTB Jansky headquarters in Leonberg, Germany from July 28-30, 2008.
